Our afterschool program is here to accommodate your school age children’s needs. Transportation is provided by us or the Comal ISD for after school care for children in Elementary school. We understand the needs school age children have and to be in a supportive environment that gives them an outlet for their energy at the end of the school day.

The afternoon schedule includes a snack and outdoor playtime with team time and cooperative games to encourage supportive classroom community. We also provide a supervised homework time. We have theme related activities such as; arts and craft projects, games, cooking activities, and organized club time that round out our afternoon.

During school holidays such as Christmas Break, Spring Break and othe school holidays we provide a full day program for the school age children. These days are planned with activities that the children enjoy such as field trips; gardening, arts and crafts, cooking team sports and interaction with their friends.

During the summer we offer a full day program that includes the above mentioned activities and the children are kept busy also doing community projects that the less fortunate such as sending mail or goodies to our service men and women overseas; making lunch and collecting toys for the Ronald McDonald house and other various entities. We believe that “busy children are happy children”. We do our best to provide them with a well-rounded school age program. Our teachers are there to offer support to you and your children and provide communication linkages for constant communication regarding your experiences here at Kiddie Koop.
